Join the hotel team to deliver memorable experiences for every guest by handling booking inquiries and spreading hospitality warmth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to guest and team inquiries.
- Convert guest inquiries into confirmed reservations and record them accurately.
- Use proactive selling techniques to maximize room sales and promote hotel services and upgrades.
- Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and identifying potential leads.
