About the role
Our Guest Experience Experts deliver a memorable and unique stay for guests, guiding them through the entire experience from check‑in to check‑out. They take initiative, handle operational needs, and ensure every interaction feels part of the overall experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete reports.
- Address guest requests and share local area highlights.
- Move around the property, handling objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Maintain safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
