About the role
An international branded resort on the Palm in Dubai is looking for a friendly and professional Guest Relations Agent. The ideal candidate provides a warm welcome and attentive service throughout each guest's stay.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out
- Respond to guest enquiries and give helpful information about the resort and its facilities
- Handle guest requests and coordinate with other hotel departments
- Answer calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
Required profile
- Good English communication skills
- German, Spanish, Chinese or French is preferred
- Previous hotel, front office or guest relations experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, presentable and flexible to work shifts
