Guest Relations Executive at Luxury Resort

About the role

The Guest Relations Executive will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences, ensuring a seamless check‑in experience and providing personalized service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival, assist with check‑in, orientation and answer general inquiries.
• Handle guest requests promptly, coordinate with relevant departments and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, facilities and local attractions to give accurate recommendations.
• Prepare and update guest profiles, noting preferences and special requirements for personalized service.
• Assist in arranging VIP amenities and special requests under senior supervision.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, grooming standards and health‑and‑safety protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a guest‑facing role within luxury hospitality, hotels or upscale leisure environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to service recovery.
• Passion for delivering personalized guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using hospitality management systems for guest profiling.
