Guest Relations Executive

About the role

A client is hiring a Guest Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for visitors across its customer zones. The role welcomes retail customers, contractors and corporate clients, guides them to the right person, offers refreshments, supports the sales team with product information and keeps guest areas presentation-ready.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and direct visitors: greet them warmly, ask who they wish to meet and escort them to the correct office, showroom or staff member across the three zones, and inform the relevant staff member of their arrival.
• Offer water, coffee or tea on arrival and serve snacks such as nuts or chocolates during client meetings; keep refrigerators stocked with chilled water and refreshment stations clean and tidy.
• Purchase snacks and supplies with the floating petty cash, monitor stock levels and submit expense claims through the company HRMS on time.
• Support sales by handing out brochures, explaining products and services at a basic level, capturing visitor contact details and enquiries and passing them to the sales team.
• Attend company events, arrange flowers and decorations, keep waiting and meeting areas guest-ready and maintain the company dress code.
• Report guest feedback or recurring issues to the HR Manager and perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a guest-facing role in a hotel, F&B outlet or showroom (for example hostess, guest relations, waiter/waitress, front office).
• Fluent spoken English and availability to join immediately.
• Able to work a 6-day week and to stand and walk between zones for extended periods.
• Warm, confident and approachable manner, well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Proactive, organized and reliable with stock, petty cash and receipts.

Required skills

• Comfortable learning product information and speaking with customers.
• Basic smartphone and computer skills.
