About the role
First impressions are everything! As a Guest Relations Officer you will take care of guests from arrival through departure, ensuring a memorable experience in a luxury 5‑star hotel. You will work at Sofitel Dubai Downtown, a 31‑floor property that blends French elegance with contemporary sophistication in the heart of Downtown Dubai, near The Dubai Mall and City Walk. The role requires delivering high‑quality service that reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence and personalized hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in, respond to requests and settle accounts while delivering exceptional service.
- Take initiative to add personalized touches that enhance each stay.
- Promote hotel facilities and identify up‑selling opportunities to enrich the guest experience.
Required profile
- Service‑focused personality with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Prior experience with Opera or a similar property management system.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
