Guest Relations Officer – Sales Executive (Certified Pre‑Owned)

About the role
The Sales Executive for Certified Pre‑Owned Units drives unit sales while preserving gross margins and maximising finance, insurance, trade‑in and accessory revenue. The role is a key customer touch‑point, ensuring high satisfaction and strong Net Promoter Scores throughout the sales journey.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly unit‑sale targets and retain gross margins to support branch profitability.
- Meet Finance & Insurance (F&I) product, trade‑in and Dealer Installed Options (DIO) accessory sales targets.
- Convert leads from telephone, web and walk‑ins, maintaining at least a 25% conversion rate.
- Capture and manage customer data in the C4C system for accurate follow‑up.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree minimum.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Strong negotiation and upselling abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data‑management tools.
