About the role
The Guest Relations Officer ensures a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all showroom visitors, guiding them smoothly to the sales department and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome all showroom visitors, log reasons for visit, and forward to relevant team members.
- Provide excellent, delightful customer service and resolve queries promptly.
- Log all visits with time, date, and visitor details, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of personnel and procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer‑facing role.
- Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proactive, hardworking attitude with strong customer relationship skills.
- Understanding of IT systems is beneficial.
