Guest Service Agent – Front Desk

About the role

The Guest Service Agent welcomes and bids farewell to residents and guests, ensuring a friendly and caring experience that reflects Kempinski's high standards. This front‑desk position is pivotal in creating the first and last impression for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet arriving residents and guests and assist departing ones in line with Kempinski standards.
• Answer resident and guest inquiries by phone or in person, providing information or directing to the appropriate department.
• Handle confidential information, messages, and complaints while maintaining professionalism.
• Support other departments and coordinate with security and operational teams.
• Maintain accurate resident and guest records and ensure up‑to‑date information.
• Promote in‑house sales and facilities to maximize revenue.
• Follow residence emergency procedures and conduct efficient hand‑overs.

Required profile

• Eligible to work in the UAE.
• Higher College degree or Hotel Management qualification.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a Front Office role, preferably in a 5‑star property.
• Customer‑focused, mature, and able to work in a multinational environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
