Guest Service Agent - Health Club

About the role

A hotel belonging to the Accor network, which includes more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations, is looking for a Guest Service Agent for its health club in Dubai. The role welcomes and assists guests, club members and visitors in a warm, friendly and professional way, in line with hotel standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries, telephone calls, reservations and bookings for the health club, swimming pool, gym, sports facilities and recreational activities.
• Manage guest registration, membership verification, facility access and daily attendance records.
• Provide information on facilities, membership packages, sports activities, promotions and other hotel services.
• Process payments, membership fees and facility charges accurately.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and the Sports & Recreation team.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Promote memberships, sports programmes and recreational services, and support the organisation of sports events and promotions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, health club or sports and recreation facility is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-service orientation.
• Good knowledge of hotel operations, fitness facilities and recreational services.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Hotel reservation or membership management systems.
