About the role
Join Anantara Downtown Dubai, a luxury hotel brand rooted in Thai hospitality, as a Guest Service Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable. This full‑time role combines front‑desk operations with personalized guest care. You will collaborate with housekeeping and concierge teams to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Take reservations and manage booking inquiries.
- Greet, register, and check‑in guests efficiently.
- Provide outstanding service throughout the guest’s stay.
- Settle guest accounts and process payments at checkout.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, comments, and issues.
Required profile
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Prior experience in hotel front‑office operations (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using a Property Management System (PMS) (preferred).
