About the role
As a Guest Service Officer at Andaz Dubai The Palm, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalized service and ensuring a seamless arrival, stay, and departure experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent and consistent service to customers throughout their stay.
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
Required profile
- Diploma or qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Required skills
- Familiarity with the Opera reservation system (beneficial).
