Key responsibilities

• Clean, dust and sanitize all areas of the guest room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to established procedures.
• Perform room attendant duties in occupied rooms and after check‑out, ensuring each space meets Four Seasons standards.
• Provide turndown service for guests, preparing the room for a comfortable night’s rest.
• Identify and act on opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.

Required profile

• One + year experience working in hotel housekeeping is considered an asset.
• Strong organization skills and an eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills.
