Head Chef – International Cuisine

About the role

Kitopi is looking for a dynamic Head Chef to lead its international cuisine kitchen. You will be responsible for creating diverse menus that showcase global flavors while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute menus featuring Mediterranean, Asian, Latin American, Middle Eastern, and European dishes.
• Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and safety.
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to foster excellence and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Innovate seasonal and special‑event menus aligned with culinary trends.
• Collaborate with front‑of‑house teams to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a multicultural kitchen.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
• Deep knowledge of international cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in kitchen budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
• Experience with menu engineering and food styling.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
