Head Nurse – Clinical Leadership in Dubai

About the role

HealthHub Clinic in Al Nahda is seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead its multidisciplinary outpatient team. You will oversee daily clinical operations, ensure safe patient care, and support physicians while remaining actively involved in bedside nursing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing team, manage staffing and workflow, and mentor staff.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, infection‑prevention standards, and clinic documentation quality.
• Assist physicians during consultations and procedures, monitor patient outcomes, and manage chronic disease programs.
• Oversee nursing supplies, medication inventory, and equipment, and contribute to incident management and service recovery.

Required profile

• DHA‑licensed Registered Nurse with a BSN or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience and at least 2 years in a senior or charge‑nurse role.
• Experience in outpatient, ambulatory or multispecialty settings, preferably in the UAE.
• Fluent English communication; Arabic or Tagalog language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation platforms.
• BLS certification (mandatory).
• ACLS certification (advantageous).
