Head of Content

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced content leader to build and scale content as a measurable growth engine in a global, remote‑first environment. You will own the end‑to‑end content strategy and execution, driving acquisition, engagement and brand consistency across web, SEO, social, email and video channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a data‑driven content strategy focused on organic traffic growth, sign‑ups and engagement.
• Lead SEO initiatives, managing keyword rankings, search visibility and domain authority.
• Develop a scalable production framework to maintain a consistent publishing cadence across all channels.
• Establish editorial standards to ensure quality, accuracy, compliance and brand consistency.
• Mentor and manage a team of content creators and editors, setting performance objectives.
• Monitor and optimise channel‑specific metrics such as email performance, social interactions and video consumption.
• Build reporting frameworks to communicate impact and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with growth, product and compliance teams to align content with acquisition goals and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership or production, with at least 3 years at Head or Director level.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through content and SEO.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, digital banking or other highly regulated, fast‑growing industries.
• Demonstrated success improving acquisition metrics such as organic traffic, conversion rates and search rankings.
