Head of Finance – Healthcare (Dubai)

About the role

HealthHub, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead financial performance, strategic planning and commercial finance for its growing network of outpatient clinics, diagnostic services and future hospital projects. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role partners closely with operational and clinical leaders to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial performance across clinics and business units, monitoring physician productivity, revenue trends, patient volumes and payer mix.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range financial planning, developing models and business cases for new clinic developments and hospital expansion.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership, evaluating investment opportunities and strategic growth initiatives.
• Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, governance and audit readiness, overseeing monthly reporting and statutory requirements.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and partnership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or CFA.
• Minimum 10 years progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Extensive healthcare finance experience in hospitals, clinic networks or medical centres, including FP&A, revenue cycle and multi‑site performance management.
