Head of Finance – Healthcare (Dubai)

About the role

This senior finance leadership position is focused on driving financial performance and strategic planning for a growing network of community‑based outpatient clinics, diagnostic services and future hospital projects. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role partners closely with operational and clinical leaders to translate financial data into actionable business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial performance across clinics and healthcare business units, improving profitability and operational efficiency.
• Monitor physician productivity, revenue trends, patient volumes, service‑line performance and payer mix.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range financial planning, developing models and business cases for new clinic developments and hospital expansions.
• Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, governance and audit readiness, overseeing monthly management reporting.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team, acting as a trusted advisor to executive and operational leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or CFA.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Extensive healthcare finance experience in hospitals, clinic networks, medical centres or similar multi‑site operations.
• Proven experience in healthcare financial planning & analysis, business partnering, physician productivity analysis and revenue‑cycle management.
