Head of HR Business Partnering

About the role

The Head of HR Business Partnering will lead the HRBP function across the organisation, aligning the people agenda with business priorities. Reporting to senior leadership, this role acts as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organisational effectiveness, talent, performance and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a high‑performing HR Business Partnering model, ensuring commercial focus and consistent service delivery.
• Partner with senior executives to translate business priorities into practical people strategies and workforce plans.
• Coach and mentor HR Business Partners to enhance stakeholder management and business acumen.
• Lead strategic workforce planning, identify capability gaps, and support organisational design and restructuring initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to meet workforce requirements and build succession pipelines for critical roles.
• Oversee performance management cycles, coach leaders on employee engagement, and provide guidance on complex employee‑relations matters in line with UAE labour law.
• Support major organisational change, developing people and change plans to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably at Head or Director level.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior executives.
• Experience leading HR Business Partner teams and driving organisational effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation and HR best practices.
