Head Of Integration

About the role

The Head of Integration will lead and drive the delivery of key integration workstreams resulting from the acquisition of RBL into Emirates NBD. The role ensures alignment with the overall integration strategy, target operating model, and synergy objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the integration strategy, target operating model and transformation objectives across business functions.
• Lead product, customer proposition, operations, finance, HR, compliance and technology integration initiatives, ensuring governance, risk mitigation and benefits realization.
• Partner with senior business leaders to identify integration opportunities, monitor progress, resolve cross‑functional challenges and report to executive leadership.

Required profile

• 18+ years of experience, including 8+ years in Banking or Financial Services and 5+ years leading large transformation or integration programmes.
• Proven merger and acquisition integration experience, preferably in retail banking (cards, loans, liabilities).

Required skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) and Lean Six Sigma (preferred).
