Head of Marketing – Dubai

About the role

The Head of Marketing will lead all brand and performance‑marketing activities for the Churchill Group’s portfolio of businesses in Dubai. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you will build the marketing function from the ground up, shaping strategy, execution and measurement across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Create, name, position and launch new brands, defining their architecture, narrative and visual identity.
• Drive brand awareness and recognition through measurable campaigns, tracking awareness, search demand and share of voice.
• Own and execute paid‑media campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn and YouTube, managing spend, CAC and ROI.
• Generate inbound demand for tax and mergers services and lead generation for technology ventures.
• Grow the Elite Hub app through user acquisition, activation, retention and App Store optimisation.
• Develop content strategy for articles, videos, podcasts and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Optimise website conversion funnels and produce weekly performance dashboards for senior leadership.
• Manage agencies, freelancers and partners, setting SLAs and negotiating contracts.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on marketing experience, with a proven track record of building brands from launch to market recognition.
• Direct experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns at budget responsibility.
• Demonstrated success marketing to Western audiences (US, UK, Europe) and handling multiple brands simultaneously.
• Ability to operate independently, set priorities and report weekly to executive leadership.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
