Head of Marketing, PR & Communications

About the role

Etoile Group is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute the GCC‑wide marketing, PR and communications strategy for its luxury portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive brand visibility, client acquisition and revenue growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a 360° GCC marketing strategy covering brand, digital, social, CRM, clienteling, events and experiential activations.
• Lead a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary marketing team and manage the overall marketing budget.
• Design curated CRM and clienteling programmes to acquire, retain and reactivate high‑value customers.
• Oversee flagship events, boutique openings, product launches and experiential campaigns across the GCC.
• Forge strategic partnerships with premium malls, agencies, loyalty programmes and other high‑value ecosystems.
• Translate global brand directives into impactful regional initiatives while ensuring data‑driven measurement of engagement, acquisition, conversion and ROI.
• Define and execute the Group’s corporate and brand communications strategy, media relations, press releases and internal communications.
• Coordinate content across traditional and digital channels and support senior management in public and media engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in luxury brand marketing, PR or communications.
• Proven track record of leading large, cross‑functional teams and managing multimillion‑dollar budgets.
• Strong strategic thinking with a commercial, data‑led mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
