Head of Quality - Luxury Real Estate

About the role

AHS, a leader in luxury real estate development, is looking for a Head of Quality in Dubai. You will establish and oversee the quality assurance framework so that all luxury developments meet the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance. The role calls for strategic thinking, strong leadership and a thorough understanding of quality management in real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a quality assurance strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
• Lead the Quality Assurance team, guiding, supporting and training them on quality initiatives.
• Set quality standards, metrics and protocols for every phase, from design through construction to final inspection.
• Run regular quality audits and risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Work with project managers, architects and contractors to build a culture of quality.
• Keep up to date with industry standards, regulations and best practices.
• Act as the main contact for quality matters, including liaising with regulators and stakeholders.
• Prepare quality reports and presentations for executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve quality outcomes and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field; a Master's is preferred.
• Extensive experience in quality assurance management in luxury real estate (20+ years).
• Deep knowledge of fit-out construction processes, materials and safety standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Certifications such as ISO or Six Sigma are a plus; a Main Contractor background is recommended.
