Head of Real Estate – Dubai (AED 60K-70K + Benefits)

About the role

Our client, a leading semi‑government real estate developer in Dubai, is seeking a Head of Real Estate to lead and manage its property portfolio. The role focuses on maximizing asset value, revenue generation and long‑term growth across acquisitions, leasing, development and asset management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the real‑estate strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead acquisitions, disposals, investment evaluations and portfolio expansion initiatives.
• Oversee asset‑management activities to maximise occupancy, rental income and property value.
• Manage leasing strategies, tenant relationships and commercial negotiations.
• Direct real‑estate development projects from concept to completion, monitoring budgets, timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies and investment recommendations.
• Manage P&L, CAPEX, OPEX and annual budgets for the real‑estate division.
• Build relationships with investors, developers, consultants and government entities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in real estate, with at least 7 years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market across commercial, residential, retail and mixed‑use assets.
• Proven track record in investments, asset management, leasing and development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
