About the role

Ethos is seeking an experienced Head of Sales Strategy to work remotely on a flexible freelance basis. You will partner with a leading AI lab to train language models on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks, shaping core sales workflows.

Key responsibilities

Design and refine territory and quota models, sales battlecards, and objection‑handling guides.
Create pipeline forecast decks for leadership reviews and develop go‑to‑market launch plans for new segments or products.
Produce win/loss analysis write‑ups and compensation plan and incentive structure proposals.

Required profile

5+ years of experience in sales strategy, go‑to‑market planning, or revenue leadership.
Direct ownership of territory and quota design and pipeline forecast decks.
Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.
