Head of Strategy

About the role

The Head of Strategy will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives and long‑term plans for Stichting Bouw met respect. This part‑time hybrid role is based in Dubai, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and organizational performance to define strategic priorities.
• Prepare business plans and proposals for the board and partners.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects and advise leadership on strategic decisions.
• Present insights, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and build strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and assess risks.
• Experience in strategy roles within non‑profit, construction, sustainability, or social impact organisations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage multiple projects part‑time.

Required skills

• Strategic planning and business planning expertise.
• Finance knowledge for budgeting and investment case analysis.
• Consulting skills to advise leadership and facilitate workshops.
