Operations Manager – Curtain Wall Projects

About the role

HONGHII GREEN INDUSTRIES is seeking three full‑time Operations Managers for curtain wall, window and door projects at sites in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The roles cover both on‑site project management and commercial/tender management for high‑rise facade works.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle on‑site curtain wall projects, including schedule, quality, cost, safety and workforce.
• Handle tendering, pricing, BOQ take‑off and cost estimation for facade projects.
• Liaise with clients, main contractors and consultants; oversee drawing submission, RFI, NCR, variation orders and progress claims.
• Conduct final inspections, project handover and ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and HSE standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in curtain wall or facade industry, with at least 3 years on‑site experience in UAE/GCC.
• Familiarity with unitized and stick curtain wall systems and FIDIC contract conditions.
