About the role
V.Group is seeking a Head of Talent to lead its talent acquisition and development initiatives in Dubai. This senior position will champion the company’s values and support its growth strategy within the maritime sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with V.Group’s values.
- Oversee recruitment processes for crew management and other maritime functions.
- Promote a culture of care, collaboration, challenge, consistency, and commitment across the organization.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality talent solutions.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in talent acquisition or HR.
- Strong alignment with V.Group’s core values.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
