Head of Talent Management

About the role

As ADIC's Head of Talent Management you will shape how we grow, develop and retain top professionals in sovereign investment, designing learning and career experiences that keep our people performing at their best.

Key responsibilities

• Own the learning and development strategy, leading design, delivery and continuous improvement of the in‑house training calendar, managing vendors and budgets.
• Strengthen succession planning, performance management and talent reviews, facilitating talent review cycles and ensuring robust, data‑informed pipelines.
• Drive talent and career programmes, designing promotion assessments, succession readiness and leadership development initiatives in partnership with line managers.
• Champion Emirati talent development by leading Individual Development Plans, graduate programmes and tracking progress to build national capacity.
• Partner across investment and corporate functions to identify capability gaps, anticipate future skill needs and position Human Capital as a performance enabler.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management, preferably in financial services or a complex high‑performance environment.
• Strong grasp of instructional design principles and ability to apply them in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with investment‑management terminology to create relevant content for portfolio managers and operations teams.
• Excellent project‑management instincts, handling multiple programmes, timelines and stakeholders.
• Polished communication skills in English, confident presenting to senior leaders and producing accurate written materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; CIPD, SHRM or equivalent accreditation is a plus.
