Head Waiter / Head Waitress – French Speaker

About the role

One&Only Resorts is seeking a dynamic Head Waiter or Head Waitress fluent in French to join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only The Palm in Dubai. The role involves leading service staff, ensuring high standards of hospitality, and supporting the Restaurant General Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Present yourself professionally to enhance guest experience and energize the outlet.
• Prepare mise‑en‑place and fulfill food and beverage requests within resort time parameters.
• Maintain flawless design and layout of restaurant and bar equipment reflecting the resort’s image.
• Delegate tasks to service personnel and ensure completion.
• Report equipment issues and participate in team events and training.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years experience in an upscale 5‑star hotel or resort environment.
• Strong F&B knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with high‑profile, diverse clientele.
• Excellent English communication; additional language (French) highly regarded.
