Health, Safety & Environment Officer

About the role

As a Health, Safety & Environment Officer at Hilton Dubai, you will safeguard guests, team members and visitors by ensuring the hotel meets the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance. You will play a pivotal role in creating a safe and welcoming environment while supporting Hilton’s commitment to hospitality excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead hotel safety compliance across health, food, fire and environmental programs.
• Implement risk‑management practices and proactively address public health, accessibility, security and trading‑standard risks.
• Conduct regular safety, hygiene and fire audits, document findings and ensure corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents such as food‑borne illness, accidents or guest complaints, analyse data and drive improvements.
• Monitor contractor activities in partnership with Facilities to enforce safety standards.
• Deliver training on food hygiene, fire safety and other compliance topics to managers and staff.
• Support environmental initiatives and align hotel operations with sustainability policies.
