Healthcare Cleaner – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Cleaner to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The role involves maintaining a safe, hygienic environment across treatment areas, waiting rooms and other facility spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize treatment areas, waiting rooms, offices and common areas.
• Follow all healthcare cleaning procedures and infection‑control protocols.
• Disinfect high‑touch surfaces and uphold cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
• Collect and dispose of medical and non‑medical waste according to company policies.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries and hygiene materials as required.
• Report maintenance issues, damages or safety concerns to management.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and adhere to health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Support a professional and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience in a clinic, hospital, medical centre or other healthcare facility.
• Currently residing in Dubai, UAE.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and sanitation procedures.
• Familiarity with infection‑control standards and healthcare cleaning protocols.
