Job description
About the role
Roche is looking for a Healthcare Systems Partner to manage Patient Support Programs (PSPs), co-pay assistance and access hubs. The role covers end-to-end project management, complex vendor oversight and tailored access solutions for hospital networks and patient organizations, while keeping all activities compliant with local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead PSPs, co-pay assistance and access hubs from scope definition and milestones through rollout and evaluation, with clear timelines, risk mitigation and stakeholder alignment
- Partner with vendors to streamline patient onboarding, prior authorization tracking and adherence support, and set dashboards tracking time-to-treatment, enrollment conversion and adherence rates
- Manage third-party vendor networks, monitor vendor performance against KPIs, run business reviews and lead corrective actions; collaborate with Procurement and Legal on vendor selection, SOW drafting and risk assessments
- Engage hospital networks and patient organizations to map access barriers, co-create non-promotional care-pathway solutions and partner with patient advocacy groups on unbranded feedback
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting, data privacy laws (e.g. GDPR/HIPAA) and anti-bribery policies, and turn field insights into market access strategy improvements
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management or Pharmacy (Master's, PharmD or PMP preferred)
- 3-5+ years in the pharma or biotech sector in Market Access, Patient Support Services, Operations or Health System Management
- Proven project management track record, including cross-functional health projects and field-based patient programs
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-vendor environments such as hub providers and specialty distribution partners
Required skills
- Negotiating SOWs, holding partners accountable to SLAs and troubleshooting operational bottlenecks
- Project management frameworks, risk mitigation, resource scheduling and cross-functional task tracking
- In-depth knowledge of local health systems, reimbursement channels, patient assistance models and data privacy frameworks
