Helper

About the role

The Helper will support production operators in a manufacturing environment, ensuring smooth workflow, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist production operators with tools, materials, machine cleaning and preparation, and support changeovers to maintain continuous production efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area, including floors, workstations, equipment surfaces, and ensure proper waste disposal and GMP compliance.
• Support operators in inspecting machines and production lines for readiness, report irregularities, and help organize materials and components.
• Collaborate with operators and supervisors, follow company policies, safety guidelines, SOPs, and participate in peak production periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior production or manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Physical stamina for moderate lifting and ability to perform cleaning and material handling tasks.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions accurately, and good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of production processes and equipment handling.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) preferred.
