Higher Education MENA Sales Manager

About the role

The Higher Education MENA Sales Manager will drive textbook and learning solutions revenue across Gulf higher‑education institutions. Reporting to the Head of Higher Education Sales, you will build strategic relationships, tailor educational solutions and travel frequently across the Middle East while working from the Dubai office three days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute regular sales visits to achieve financial targets in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain holistic relationships with customers to ensure sustainable, profitable trading.
• Report sales progress and market conditions to the Head of Sales and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collect and share market, competitor and customer feedback, generating leads for the team.
• Collaborate with product development, editorial, marketing and channel partners to design solution‑specific offerings.
• Represent the company at external meetings, working parties and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling to the higher‑education market in the MENA region.
• Track record of creating and implementing successful B2B sales strategies.
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities, both oral and written.
• Ability to travel frequently across the Middle East and work onsite in Dubai three days per week.
• Additional language skills, particularly Arabic, are a distinct advantage.
