Holiday Sales Consultant

About the role

The Holidays team is looking for a results-driven, customer-focused Holiday Sales Consultant to convert holiday enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings. The role covers understanding customer needs, preparing competitive quotations, following up promptly and delivering good pre- and post-sales service. It is a full-time position based in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Handle holiday enquiries by call, WhatsApp, email and CRM within the defined SLA.
• Prepare domestic and international holiday packages, quotations, itineraries and proposals with accurate pricing and inclusions.
• Follow up consistently with leads to turn enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines and suppliers on rates, availability and confirmations.
• Upsell and cross-sell flights, visas, travel insurance, transfers and excursions.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM and coordinate with the operations team until the trip is completed.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue and profit targets and build repeat and referral business.

Required profile

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in holiday sales, travel consultancy or leisure travel.
• Experience in the UAE travel industry preferred; experience with FIT and customised international packages required.
• B2C and/or B2B travel sales experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written English, strong sales, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Good destination and product knowledge and ability to create custom itineraries.
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team, with a target-oriented approach.
