HORECA Sales Executive

About the role

Careers International is hiring a full-time HORECA Sales Executive in Dubai. The role focuses on developing new business in hotels, restaurants and catering companies, building a strong sales pipeline and maintaining close client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HORECA sector and build a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants and catering companies, acting as the main point of contact for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the company's products and services, and stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and negotiate and finalise contracts with favourable terms for both sides.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, logistics and customer support, and share market insights to improve sales strategies.
