Hospitality Receptionist – Abu Dhabi

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, complete check‑in, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials or bell‑service assistance.
• Process check‑out by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and using the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local area information to assist guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel amenities and services through up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage messages and communications effectively.
