Hospitality Valuer – Full‑Time Position in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a specialised Hospitality Valuer to join our Hotels team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work on client assignments, supporting senior staff with strategic advisory services and delivering high‑quality valuation reports.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site inspections of hotel properties and collect relevant data.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports in line with RICS standards.
• Perform market research and analyse trends affecting hospitality assets.
• Develop financial models to support valuation conclusions.
• Assist senior consultants in delivering strategic advice to clients.

Required profile

• RICS qualification (required).
• Proven experience in hospitality valuations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Willingness to work in Dubai, with or without prior Middle‑East experience.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of RICS valuation methodology.
• Expertise in hotel and hospitality asset assessment.
• Proficiency in preparing comprehensive written reports.
• Competence in market research and financial modelling.
