About the role
The Hostess at Cloud 22 will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming impression, managing wait times, and guiding guests to their tables in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and inform them of wait times.
- Monitor the waiting list and manage seating flow.
- Show guests to their tables and bid them farewell.
- Maintain a positive, courteous demeanor while handling guest inquiries.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced team environment.
- International exposure or similar hospitality experience is a plus.
