Hostess – Guest Service Expert at Mina's Kitchen

About the role

The Hostess at Mina's Kitchen plays a key part in creating memorable dining experiences for guests. Working closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house team, you will ensure smooth service, uphold safety and quality standards, and represent the Westin brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, maintaining a tidy dining environment.
• Communicate guest orders and requests with kitchen staff.
• Welcome and serve guests, providing attentive and courteous service.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Uphold safety standards, company policies, and quality guidelines.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and reaching overhead.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
