About the role
The hostess will be the first point of contact for guests at two luxury hotels in Dubai, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth seating experience. This full‑time position involves maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety throughout the dining areas.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, determine party size and escort them to clean, available tables.
- Pull out chairs, place menus, napkins, silverware and ensure proper table settings.
- Arrange tables and chairs for groups with special needs and monitor seating availability.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas using clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
- Monitor dining rooms for safety, service quality and guest well‑being.
- Follow company, safety and security policies; report incidents and complete required training.
- Uphold professional appearance, confidentiality and protect company assets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
