About the role
Join Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort as a Hostess, providing warm and welcoming service to guests in a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure timely service and smooth operations.
- Adhere to hotel policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, setting a welcoming tone.
- Maintain a clean, fully set-up dining area before guests are seated.
- Handle telephone inquiries with professional etiquette and knowledge of reservation policies.
- Gather guest feedback and address issues promptly, escalating to outlet managers when needed.
- Assist cashiers during breaks and support service staff as required.
