Host/ess - Jou Jou Brasserie

About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is hiring a host or hostess for its Jou Jou Brasserie. You will welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience, working alongside a team of servers.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with a team of servers
• Manage the host stand, review the reservation book and make recommendations about the setup of the table sections
• Keep each dining room section clean, make necessary improvements and check every table before opening so it is properly set
• Build a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and restaurant information

Required profile

• One to two years of previous experience in a Food & Beverage outlet
• Previous employment in a luxury hotel is considered an asset
• Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
• Strong communication skills
