About the role

We are seeking a welcoming and professional Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact in our Upper Casual Lebanese dining concept. The role involves greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of service while delivering a warm and memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly.
Manage reservations and table assignments.
Ensure a smooth flow of service throughout the dining area.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in upper casual or Lebanese/Arabic dining.
Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional attitude with excellent guest service focus.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Willingness to work and relocate across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain.
