About the role
Delta Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Hotel Cleanliness Expert for its Dubai Investment Park property. The Guest Environment Expert ensures the entire hotel, including rooms and public areas, remains spotless and welcoming, creating memorable experiences for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Stock housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Clean guest rooms and all public spaces to high standards.
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.
- Ensure a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
- Uphold confidentiality and quality standards.
- Maintain a professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Physical capability to handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
