About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures every area of the hotel delivers a memorable, clean, and safe experience for guests. This role goes beyond basic room cleaning, covering a wide range of housekeeping functions that keep the entire property looking its best.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Stock housekeeping carts and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Clean guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other hotel spaces to high standards.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
- Maintain personal appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication with guests and team members.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Commitment to safety, quality standards, and professional conduct.
