About the role

Our Guest Environment Experts create memorable, unique experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. You will be empowered to move throughout the property, respond to guest requests, stock carts, and ensure every space contributes to a great guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to high standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage supplies throughout the shift.
• Uphold the hotel’s overall appearance and quality standards across all spaces.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while performing duties.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to a safe work environment and strict adherence to company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality, professional uniform, personal appearance, and clear communication.
