About the role
The Guest Environment Expert at Le Méridien creates memorable experiences by ensuring every hotel space is spotless, welcoming, and aligned with brand standards. This full‑time position involves delivering guest requests, maintaining public areas, and upholding safety and quality protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and stock housekeeping carts.
- Clean guest rooms and public spaces to the highest standards.
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
- Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
