About the role
Join Marriott Executive Apartments as a Guest Environment Expert, responsible for delivering a memorable and unique experience through impeccable cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, including guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
- Respond to guest requests, stock housekeeping carts, and ensure all areas are well‑supplied.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Adhere to safety standards, company policies, confidentiality, and quality guidelines at all times.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and work on your feet.
- Commitment to professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication.
- Willingness to follow all safety, quality, and procedural standards.
